An excellent aerobics class

I dont know if anyone lives in or near northeast baltimore, but I wanted to tell you about an excellent floor and water aerobics class offered at my gym. I go to the league which is located right at coldspring ln near the alameda and the workout is phenomonal. A WLS patient is the instructor and after you get finished with one of her classes you feel like you have worked out. If anyone is intersted in finding out more details just let me know.
