1 week out appt.

Hi Everyone, This AM I saw Dr. Moei and staff for the 1 week check up. The drain was pulled (YEAAAAAA) and all looks good. Only negatives to report are bruises across the front of my abdomen and apparently my skin doesn't like whatever the dissolving stitches are made from and responds with pink irritation. I am down 16 pounds. Full liquids here I come, Mark, who hopes the uncontrolled shaking in his body that occurs when he walks down the sf Jello aisle stops on its own.

Contrats on the 16 pds! Way to go. As far as the belly bruises, hopefully that will heal very quickly for you. Best of luck with the remaining recovery time! Keep up the GREAT work!

My tummy looks like a war zone and I had surgery 9/10, I can relate. Really sore today. Hugs Kristen 16 pounds, Jello begone and he comes flank steak! lol

I think we can all become advertising reps for jello. At leat my skin is finally tightening up. Great job on the 16 lbs.!

Congrats on the 16lbs! That's awesome. I had the bruises and irritation. it goes away. Now I'm trying to find something to fad the scars.

Congrats Mark! You continue to be my inspiration. It was fabulous meeting you the other night at support group. You look great, and if I didn't know I'd have never guessed you'd had surgery only 6 days prior. I hope you continue with only successes!
