Isn't it great??????? I had surgery Jan. 31, 2006 and have not had 1 diabetic pill since that day. I was so close to insulin before surgery. Did your doctor take you off of the meds???? Ellie

I am! Although I have to admit my full name is Elham, but it is alwys way too difficult to be pronounced as well as the fact that my parents and relatives alwayes used to call me Ellie from childhood, eventually that became the name that I took solace being called to. I have noticed your name one the posts, youare a veteran!

So now what do you mean that I won the posts???? I was called Elvira for alot of years until I became a hair dresser and it was to hard to remember so everyone called me Ellie. That stuck with me now for many years. I also changed the spelling of my name to Elvera instead of Elvira. It is a german name and in german it is pronounced Elvera but spelled Elvira. So theer is the history of my name.... Ellie(where did you get your name from Elham?)
