Vitamin Shoppe Sale & Digestive Enzyme

If you live in an area that has a Vitamin Shop; during the month of September is Customer appreciation month.  When you purchase a vitamin shoppe brand you get the 2nd half-price.  So go get those viatmins! I checked with a health and wellness expert regarding the gas that some of us continuously have after a meal and she suggested a Digestive Enzyme.  I purchased a Multi-Enzyme before vacation and noticed the difference right away.  I don't suggest these to people who are less than 2 months post-op -- unless you ground the tablets.
