Hallelujiah!  Your determination is inspiring. Congrats on the approval, and quick surgery date.  We won't barely blink before we'll be wishing you an uneventful surgery and quick recovery. Your surgery is on the day of my final follow up with my surgeon before insurance submission. So, I KNOW the 24th will be a great day!
