I'm Home

Well I am home from my surgery (I came home late last evening).  Everything went well.  I had an okay stay at the hospital (took forever to get a room, and forever to get discharged).   I am not in much pain, just an ache in my upper stomach.  I am walking like I am suppose to and feeling good. I will write more later but I wanted to let all of my OH friends know. Thanks for your support. Melaine

Melanie, glad that surgery went well and that you're home ready to recover.  Do what the Doc says, stay positive, and all else will fall into place.  Please keep us updated. TraciL

Welcome  back and hope you are on the losing and relaxing side already. Walk as much as you can and hopefully the gas would subside. I wonder if you take as mujch pain medication or not.\ Good luck and i hope I too am soon in your shoes
