Do you wake-up hungry

A couple of mornings last week I woke up hungry -- not famished -- just hungry.  Has anyone experienced that.  What I did to alleviate that hunger was to increase fluid intake at night.  That appears to be working for right now. Six months out and it appears that I will reach my goal of weighing an even 200 by my 47th birthday next month.  :jump:

So far, I never wake up hungry but I frequently wake up dry-mouthed and thirsty.   --Eric

To this day, I don't think I've experienced true physical hunger.  I'm so busy trying to get the protein, fluids, etc., in all day, that my pouch usually has something in it.  Even in the morning, no hunger.  Now head hunger issues in the PM - that's another story! TraciL

I must have gotten off my program for a few; but back on track and not hungry.  I've gone back to drinking until I go to bed.  It is a challenge getting all those fluids in -- that's work.

I drink all night long. Whenever I wake up, I have something to drink. It does help.

Nadine - Glad to hear you're doing so well!!  We'll jump with you when you reach your goal. As far as being truly hungry, I find that if I feel pouch hungry, it's because I haven't had enough fluid/protein.  Since I'm pretty fanatical about both, that rarely happens.  I also remember reading, maybe at DVR's office, or maybe I remember him telling me, that if you feel hunger, you haven't gotten in enough water.  It is true, though, about the head hunger - that's another issue entirely. Keep up the good work, Tia
