Storm last night

Anyone else get that nasty storm last night.  We have no power for 6 hours and it got HOT.  I was at the pool most of the day yesterday and got sun on my face.  I thought I was going to blow up with out air conditon last night.  Then poor little Gabriella was under the table most of the night till I let her go to sleep of the sofa.  I thought she was going to lay eggs.  So much thunder and the rain just poored.  All is well today.  We have air again! Wahooooo for air condition and Gabby is out of the table. Hugs Kristen

If we got one down south, I somehow slept through it.  Wish we had gotten it.  We really could use the rain.  Glad your a/c is back. TraciL

We got it here!   Came back from dinner about 8:15 planning to watch the NASCAR race and the storm was already messing with the satellite signal.   Before I got a chance to change the channel, the power went off.  I was in bed before 830.  Woke up about 2:30 and the power was still out.  Our power came back on about 3 a.m.  I was still awake and got up and caught the last 130 or so laps of the replay of the race!  I don't need to be without a/c .. I have hot flashes on a regular basis, so I was happy to have the air come back on so I could get back to sleep.

Hope things are back to normal for you now.

We got a lot of thunder and lightening but I don't think it rained too much -- if it did I didn't pay attention because I was on the computer.  I say the wind, lightening and heard the thunder; however, no rain.  Glad the electricity came back on.

We didn't lose electricity for once. It was a nasty storm to say the least.

Sorry you lost power. Glad it is back tho.  I had the storms come through heavily but nothing happened. Thank goodness we didn't lose power. I would be dying without the AC for sure! hugs

It really must have depended on what part of AA county you were in, because I live in GB and I did not see or hear anything.  As a matter of fact, I was outside until 8:30 or 9 last night walking the dog.  Anyway glad the power is back,hope there was no damage.
