Help with picture!

ok I will admit I am computer retarded and I need some help.  I got the pictures on my page but how do I get in to where I send a message? I mean when I post here I can not get my pic to show up. Kristen

Look to the left side of this screen for the link that says user settings. That is where you post your avitar.
