Struggling with Meats...

Yup...I do protein shakes (at least 2 a day). I have no idea how I would get that much protein without them. I also do at least 1/2 of an Isopure each day as well. But again...with having to get in 115 to 130 g of protein...it still leaves a long way to go.
Oh well...I am actually looking into the Tofu suggestion. I have also found that the soup suggestion is a good one.
