DOCTOR RECCOMENDATIONS

Hi , Everyone !  I am now a resident of Rockville Md . I was married in April and moved up here from Richmond Va .  I now need to establish a doctor up here . I tried getting an appointment with Dr. Moazz at Fair Oaks .. but he only takes RNY patients that had laproscopic . I had open .. so I am back on the search .  Can anyone reccomend a doctor that I can use for follow ups .  Thanks ,  Natalie

Hi Natalie, Welcome to the MD board.   I am not sure if my doctor would but I recommend him because he is an awesome doctor.  He has always taken care of me and even calls me at home to make sure I am alright.   GBMC in Baltimore Dr. David Von Rueden.  443-849-3779

Nat, I would love to recommend Dr. von Reudin to you as well. It may be a bit of a drive however as he is in Towson.  Aime

Natalie, He's not my doctor, but I've always heard good things about Dr. Barry Greene.  I believe he's in the Silver Spring/DC area.

There are doctors at Hopkins Bayview that do open RNY's.  I don't know if they'd take on a patient who was operated on by another surgeon, but it's worth a try.
