Plastic surgery tomorrow

I am going in for my lower body lift tomorrow morning at 5:30am!  I am really excited about this next step in my WLS.  I haven't been on-line lately because of the move to our new house and work being SUPER busy.  I love the new house although we aren't quite settled in.  I must say that I haven't done too bad for only having two weeks to get moved in before surgery.  The girls are happy as well.  We have been really busy but I know that over the next few weeks I will have a chance to breathe and perhaps catch up with my postings and profile while I recouperate.  I appreciate your prayers!

Hugs, Robin

PS Sorry I missed crabs.  We were busting tail to get things hung up and some other stuff unpacked and rooms ready for my mom and sister to be here.  Nex time!

Hey Robin Best wishes for a very speedy recovery! Hugs, Mo

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!

Hi Robin, You'll be in my thoughts and prayers for tomorrow!  It's a little rough, but definitely worth it - I would do it again!  Be kind to yourself and don't push yourself too much.  :-) I'm glad to hear that the move went well and you and your family are getting settled in and that you're all happy :-) Let us know how you're doing when you're recuperating. Hugs ps - In case you didn't figure it out, it was me who you called last week.  I figured out it was you when I retrieved your voicemail (after we spoke).  Your voice didn't sound familiar and you didn't say your last name so it didn't click that it was you until you said your full name in the prior voicemail.  Well I hope you got your issue straightened out with the "other" Terry you were trying to reach.

Take Care,
Terry
