Question

I have optinum choice also they tell me it is excluded but in md and va it is law but they are saying my policy is written out of washington dc so right now i am trying to fight them if i have to i will switch for January.

Troy I wish you luck I fought them for 2 years.  I was not able to switch into another carrier.  Keep me informed as to your progress.   I just do not understand why they will not cover it but continue to pay for medical visits etc that are all related to weight. I cant fight them any longer.  I am doing self pay.  I have by fingers crossed I see the surgeon on Wednesday. Good Luck in your endeavor. Diane
