Good Tuesday Morning!
Good Morning Everybody!
So how is everyone today? The weather report is looking mighty toasty - make sure to up the fluids (especially if you're going outside/not in air conditioning or if you're exercising).
How goes the fluids, supplements, eating, protein and exercise? I'm doing good on all counts except the darn exercise. I never go on the torture machine last night....maybe tonight.

It was already STUFFY almost unbreathable when I went out to the gym at 4:45 a.m. ..... arghhhhhh .... Did two rounds on the total body circuit (minus one machine that was out of service) then a very brisk 10 minutes on the treadmill. Did 5 minutes @ 3.5 mph with no incline then 5 minutes at 2.8 mph to cool off.
Have finished off a protein drink and a South Beach cereal bar so far this a.m. Hopefully, that will hold me until lunch. I've got a staff meeting momentarily, then a webinar at 11 which should carry me til about lunch and then a meeting at 2 p.m. That pretty much accounts for my whole day. I'm going to try to get a few things done in the 'down' time between scheduled stuff!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
