Good Tuesday Morning
So How is Everyone? What's up in your world? How goes the supplements, eating, fluids, protein and exercise? I'm doing well on everything but the big "E" (in terms of scheduled work outs, I do get exercise (walking) in the normal course of my day). Hopefully this week I'll work in scheduled workouts.

I had a fairly lengthy post typed earlier and had to run and closed the screen before I posted it .. DUH !!!
Did two rounds on the total body fitness circuit this a.m. and then a total of 10 minutes on the cross ramp. That was 5 minutes of 'manual' program and a 5 minute cool down. I don't see any 'cool down' in the cool down part . I'm trying to work in 10 to 15 minutes of cardio on my non cardio days as long as it doesn't impact the time I spend on the strength training. I may even get to a little different strength stuff on the cardio days for 5 or 10 minutes.
The getting up at 4:15 didn't seem to work, so I thought I had pushed the alarm back to 4:30 but then set my clock 5 minutes fast. What REALLY happened was that the clock was set for 4:15 AND the time was 5 minutes fast. So for the last two mornings I've been up at 4:10. Not that I've gotten to the gym with a whole lot of extra time, but I've gotten moving at least!!
I am trying to not be frustrated with the whole food/eating/lack of weightloss thing. I can't say that my food choices are always perfect, but I definitely do not eat quantities of food .. I physically cannot eat a whole lot without being in pain and then ending up sick ... and even with my dedicated exercise program .. the scale REFUSES to move .. I can't even say that my clothes are fitting a whole lot better and use that as consolation. If I could do this all over again, I would have definitely started exercising MUCH sooner than I did .. and maybe I wouldn't be so frustrated .. or I'd be in better frustrated shape.
I've got to go play cashier this afternoon. Need to do a deposit. Short a cashier so the cash control supervisor is doing a window and I'm doing the back office deposit. I'm always a mess with that!!

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
Glad you asked - I take the vitamins complaining daily, I don't know what in the world to eat that doesn't make me feel like I swallowed a beach ball, I don't drink enough, but I am better since I discovered diet iced green tea, citrus. I try to eat all protein, but I might start protein drinks again, and what's exercise? Other than that, thinks are going great. LOL!!
I made an appointment to go to the Nutritionist, the eye doctor, radiology for mamomogram and bone dentisty and a gyn appointment. I got a B12 shot last week and had 2 dental appointments completed this month. All these appointments are wearing me out~ I'm trying to get it together, but I'm having a tough time and I don't know why.
