Margie wanted me to post because she cant get on here from work. Mike (kathy's husband) Kalled Margie and told her Kathy's surgery went great she out at 10:00 a.m. I think she started at 7:30 a.m. She was groggy but Mike sounded relieved he was out and it was over. Just wanted to update everyone Thanks Kelly

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Hi all, I spoke to Kathy today (Wednesday) she called me and sounded great. She said she only had one little incision and that the Dr. did not do any laproscopic. He did everything through the one little spot. She's been up and has more walking to do. They want her to do a few things before they let her go home. I only talked to her a few minutes when a nurse came in so she had to go, said she'd call back but didn't. I've been calling her room all day with no answer so she's either out walking, sleeping or maybe she's even gone home. We will look for her tomorrow. So I happy that she sounded so good and will have a speedy recovery I'm sure. MargieB
