Good Afternoon Everyone, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me how far is Pikesville MD from Baltimore MD??

Depends where in Baltimore, but 10 - 20 minutes. Head up 83 to 695.

Hi Sweetie, Pikesville technically IS Baltimore! It's in the county :) Pikesville is northwest of the city of Baltimore. From Philly it would equally be the same distance to Pikesville as it would be to Baltimore City. If you come down 95 south go West on 695 and you run into Pikesville :)
