Hi Gail! that's awesome!!! I remember how disappointed you were that you had to do the 6 month supervised .. and then being resigned to not pursuing WLS if you were denied, etc. The time has flown by (maybe not for you .. but for me

Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

Gail Congratulations - I am new to the group ; as of this morning to be exact. I am three weeks post -op and I know how excited you must be !!! - That is the best feeling. I am SO glad I joined ! - I had a BILLION questions but , seven hours later most have been answered. Please if I can offer any support - just let me know, will be glad to help. One question I do have is my ticker is not working (the one on the website too!) ;-) - It shows a broken url with the site I used to create it . Any ideas ??? Anyone if they could please help !!!
