looking for frederick area bansters

My name is Faith and I live in Frederick.  I have had my band for almost 2 years now and still love it.  I hit goal at a year out. I am looking or some new band friends to re motivate me.  I am sliding off the band way of eating..... not doing too bad but I want to nip it in the bud. Can anyone out there help me?? We could walk together and chat about the band or just chat. any takers??
