I have to have my cream of crab soup from Timbuktu and always watermelon!

I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.

I have several "go to" foods that I find myself going back to: Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt Vanilla Flavor (only 90 cals for a cup!) mixed with grapes and 1/3 to 1/2 a cup of granola Kashi Crunchy and Chewy Snack/Protein Bars  Chicken Quesadillas from either Cheesecake Factory or Qdoba - yummy! Taco Bell Meximelts - yummy, the tastiest 15 protein grams

Take Care,
Terry

Oooh!  These all sound like yummy suggestions!  Now I really can't wait to get done with the pureed and soft diets!  I'm already totally pudding'd out!  Tia, what do you do with the greek yogurt?  I got some at Sunsplash the other b/c I saw that it has more protein.  But, I don't know what to do with it. ~Lainey

Hi Lainey - First of all, I'm going to pm you with my office number - I'm not too busy these days, so maybe we can chat.  Of course, Murphy's Law dictates that when you DO call, I'll be busy!! Anyway, I buy my Greek yogurt (0% fat) at Trader Joe's - what is Sunsplash??  You're right, it's loaded with protein - 20 g. per cup, and it's very versatile.  If I want something sweet, I sweeten it with Splenda and add whatever fruit I want.  Lately, it's been strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.  If I want to keep it savory, I just use it like sour cream.  I've used it as a dip with ranch dip mix, and I've used it like sour cream on refried beans, chili, etc.!

Hope this helps,

Tia

Well, yes, you're right, but don't forget the always popular sauteed shrimp (HOW would I get my protein in without it?) and our Pure Protein bars and of course, my fave lube, salsa!!! Just to name a few! Tia

Hello All I am former Baltimoron...was born at home on Gay Street.  Moved when I was 30 and moved back twice and now live in SC. I was reading where Aime at Cream of Crab soup and was soooo jealous! I love cottage cheese w/SF raspberry preserves, shrimp in salad greens with Sald Spritzer Balsamic Vinegrette  add strawberries or manderine oranges...yum. And SF popsicles....tropical flavor.  Also, I use SF Caramel Da Vinci syrup to my vanilla protein shakes...yum Hope you don't mind my jumping in.....

It is His love and grace that saved and sustains me.
In Christ's love,
