Artscape and Gyrating Hips!!!!
I went to Artscape last night- BY MYSELF!!!! I met up with a friend briefly, but she left about an hour after we got there. I stayed for the free concert at 8:30. Los Lonely Boys performed. They were so good!!! I danced and sang and whooped and hollored for 2 hours. They put on a fantastic show. I had a great spot to watch them. I could see right through the bodies of the people to see the entire stage. I must say they were not hard to look at at all. LOL
If you have never gone to Artscape, it is a wonderful event with fantastic arts of all types. Better yet- it is free!

I see the ads for Artscape every year but it's not something Mr Mo would want to do, so I guess I need to find some friends and maybe go during the day on a Saturday!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
