Hello all. My name is gina and I am in the process of completing all the paperwork/testing for my insurance company to hopefully get my approval to have my surgery. I have USFHP (husband is active duty AF) and heard good things about the approval process from my PCM. I sure hope so. I was just looking to find a little support here for this exciting journey and hopefully someone who is in the same boat as me to talk to. Family has been great, but sometimes I wish I had someone to talk to that knows what I am feeling. Thats what brought me here.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
