So today I tried to add the surgery date to my profile and for the life of me I can't find where to do it. Anyone able to help? Thank you, Mark

Try this: 1. Click the My Account link at the top of the page 2. Enter your user id and password 3. Under the All About You menu, choose General Information. It should be the first or second question. --Eric

Thanks Eric, I got it and you put me on the right track. It worked finally when I selected a type of surgery from the surgery info side first, then went to gen info to add the date. Thanks again, Mark
