Good morning Wednesday!!!

I ALMOST said .. good morning Thursday .. I think I'm rushing the week
I had a tough time getting out of bed this morning. I stayed up til 9:30 watching the Bill Engvall show premier that has been hyped so much ... I really enjoy him .. but that show needs HELP!!!! if it's going to survive the first 6 episodes.
Anyway, when the clock went off at 4:30 my inclination was to stay in bed .. but then I thought about how I was going to explain NOT going to the gym to y'all and so I put my feet on the floor and got moving .. slowly .. but moving none the less.
30 minutes on the treadmill .. pushed the incline to 8.5 for most of it at 3.0 mph. Dropped the incline back to 8 and then the speed back down to 2.8 to keep my heart rate in line. 5 minute cool down at 2.6 mph .. that seems sooooo slow and easy after the 8.0 incline.
Just two more nights alone before Mr Mo gets home. It's not been so bad but I do miss him. Lefty's not big on conversation .. he's more into insistent meows for food and attention! At least when Mr Mo gets home Lefty will have someone to demand attention from who actually gives him attention
Just today and tomorrow to get through. I'm taking Friday off from work. I might meet my sister to pick up the sewing machine she is giving to me. She suggested getting together in Ellicott City and I've countered with Savage Mill, but I haven't heard from her yet. I may end up having to drive to Fairfax if she can't work out picking up her son from his summer camp thingy at 12:45.

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
