No hesitation ....
Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!

MO you are an inspiration (under my breath I say show off heheh) I have my state of the art treadmill sitting in my living room and cant seem to make myself get up to use it. Everynight I set the alarm 30 minutes early & say 30 minutes is no big deal....& then every morning hit it snooze button....Man I wish I could just get back to my routine. I was walking the school track 4 miles every morning until aug 2005 when I got laid up from a brown recluse spider bite...just cant seem to get up early anymore. YOU KEEP TRUCKING!!!! Diana RNY 9/17/03 Dr. Roe 360/200/still aiming for 180
