9 months ago today

9 months ago today I started this new and wonderful journey despite my previous post. I haad my check up with DVR yesterday. I saw Sloane as well. They are so pleased with my progress. I have lost 60% of my excess weight. Sloane told me they hope that patients will lost 70% by one year. I guess I'm on target or even a little ahead of the plan. I am officially 169. I have been hanging around that weight for a few weeks, but my body has really tightened up at the same time. DVR said that is what is supposed to happen. They do want me to increase my protein  intake and to double my multi-vitamin. Here's to 9 months of excess weight gone forever!!!

Aime, Tha'ts wonderful, you're doing great!  I haven't seen you in awhile, but I'm sure we'll see each other's new bodies at a get together in the near future.  Keep up the great work!!

Hi there Aime...congratulations on your weight loss.  I am new to this site and am getting ready to have gastric bypass done within the next two months hopefully.  I am scared, excited, nervous, anxious...you name it!  You look great and even more, it looks like you FEEL great! Congrats to you!!  I do have to ask, though.  Can you please tell me more about your body tightening?  Personally, I think it's great but my doctor has never mentioned anything like that.   I want that too!!
