It's getting easier ....

 Good morning! Well, the 4:30 a.m. thing is getting easier!   I only gave staying in bed this morning a fleeting thought!!!  ... well ..maybe a 2nd fleeting thought .. I'm getting back into the routine faster than I thought.   This morning I cranked the treadmill up to 8 and did 30 minutes between 2.8 and 3.2 mph.  I might even go back to my strength training tomorrow .. one circuit and some cardio ...   I got another project to oversee yesterday .. so that does a job of filling my plate.   I need to spend some time today planning how it's all going to get done. Comparison is the thief of joy!

If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished.   Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago.   I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits!   Wherever you are in your journey  ... It's ALL good!!!
