1 WEEK FROM TODAY
Not bad, not great. I have developed this stupid kidney stone. I am having that treated tomorrow.
Drink your water or plenty of fluids when you can. I was told to get in 64 ounces after the surgery and the urologist said 96 ounces. I know you will not be able to do that for a while but drink as much as you can all day long.
It is almost four months and I have lost 60 pounds. Eat your protein too, when you can. I am losing quite a bit of hair.
Just want you to learn from my mistakes.
Thanks for asking about me.
Wanda
They are doing a procedure called a lithotripsy that blasts the stone with a laser. Hopefully, in really small pieces and then I will just pass it without too much pain.
I was told that fluid helps flush out the kidneys so the small particles pass before they have a chance to get bigger and cause problems.
Thanks,
Wanda

Comparison is the thief of joy!
If we spend our time comparing our life/weight loss/body to others, we totally miss what WE have accomplished. Keep in mind how far you have come and what you can do now that you couldn't do weeks/months/years ago. I hate the expression " It's all good", but in this case it fits! Wherever you are in your journey ... It's ALL good!!!
