Wow!  Thanks everyone for the warm welcome and all the supportive wishes!  I feel like part of the gang now.  Also great to know that I wasn't the only lurker out there!    Mo and Jay...I can't wait till the day that I'll actually be as excited as both of you to get back to the gym!  I usually avoid those places like the plague. he he he Bonnie, Karen, Nancy and Jo...I'll be sending positve energy your way on your surgery dates.  I'm so thrilled for you! In addition to being psyched up for the surgery, I'm also a bit on edge tonight because my one and only 10-year-old daughter just left for Girl Scout camp today.  First time ever and she'll be gone for a whole week.   I know she'll have a great time.  Can't help being the worried mom, though.  Me and the hubby haven't had more than a long weekend together alone in hmmmm...I guess it's been about 10 years!  My house seems so QUIET!     Take care all, and have a great week!! Welcome to the MD board. You will absolutely love Dr S. I actually go to see him today for my 3 month post-op visit. I think that he is one of a kind. I am so greatful for his expertise and knowledge and could not have placed myself in better hands and hopefully you will feel the ecaxt same way. I was a lurker in the beginning as well. Good luck with everything and just remember that this is just the beginning of a wonderful journey. All the best.
