Cool!!  This gives me some idea when I can expect to have surgery.  Dr. S will be submitting my stuff to insurance in the next couple of weeks.  I was hoping to have it in October.  Have to get thru the end of FY07 at work!

Edie, just remember when I had my appointment with Dr. S on Monday, I went with my insurance approval in hand. So keep that in mind when you are figuring out your waiting time. Jo

What your post told me is that right now, he's scheduling about 6 weeks out.  This is good news for me, as I really do need to be at wor****il September 30 (I work for the government).  I know from OH that my insurance is pretty quick on approvals, and I know the last element he'll need for the insurance letter takes place July 18.  So, allowing his office a couple of weeks to get the insurance letter in, and allowing GEHA a couple of weeks to decide, that likely puts me in October for scheduling purposes.

And we are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited for you!!!! The time is gonna fly!!!   Keeping your seat warm, Tia
