Okay, so who lives/travels to Western Maryland?

Hi. I wanna know who my geographical neighbors and visitors are. I live in Cumberland Maryland. Who lives beyond that, who lives in Han**** who lives in Hagerstown, Williamsport etc? Maybe we can do a Western Maryland round up at some central place. I would LOVE to meet you. I had the best time meeting OC-Trish, LizJo and Nancy when we went to the Johns Hopkins Bayview support group. So where abouts do you live? Hugs. Jo

Hi Jo, I'm in Williamsport, which is actually only 5 minutes or so outside of Hagerstown. I would love to get together with others from about the area.  I know Mo is heading this way the weekend of the 21st.  Hopefully I will be off work that weekend and can catch up with her Let's see if we can round up some more to get together sometime. Hey Jo  We are headed to Hagerstown Speedway on the 21st for the WoO late model show.   We will be going with the RV and not planning to tow a dinghy so when we get there we will be stationary until we leave on Sunday. Not sure when we will arrive but probably early-mid afternoon.   I think the gates for the track open in the 5 o'clock range.   We have 'reserved' seat tickets, so we don't have to rush to get in. I live in Baltimore. My sister lives in Hagerstown and my mother in Mt.Savage. I travel to both places somewhat regularly especially now that Mom is not well at age 79. I use that good old mottto- have car will travel..... Aime

I grew up in Western MD, and lived in Cumberland for 5 years when I first "branched out on my own".  I'm in Montgomery Co. now, but travel to Cumberland area often to see my family.  I'd love to meet you sometime.  I jump at the chance to meet other DS'ers. Marcia

Hey Jo.... I'm stuck in the center of MD here in Fredneck.... I do get over to Hagerstown sometimes though... BTW...i was over at Valley Mall on Saturday... Trying to find some clothes for DD. Boy is eveything picked over and like in no-ones sizes...and what's with Old Navy no longer carrying plus sizes in the stores but they do have maternity  clothes for twigs... That's so wrong.... We should all boycott old navy....
