First Consult Yesterday

I had my first consult yesterday with Dr. Moen.  I really like him alot, and my husband liked him alot too, so that is a plus.  I didn't get to meet with Sloan...it seems they overbooked her, but Kathi met with me instead.  She was nice enough too.  Now the receptionist was another story, seems like if she doesn't get her way, she's not happy.   I'm not going to go into detail...it's all on my profile if you want to check it out. My next appointment with Sloan is July 30th, and I have to get an endoscopy done on August 3rd, and of course work on my diet and exercise. I'm finally on my way!!

Hi Sandi - Glad everything's progressing.  Dr. Moen and Dr. DVR are both wonderful.  Most of the staff is, too, but I guess like anywhere, there are always a couple....I'm glad you gave it right back!  Sometimes people forget the meaning of customer service.  I'll pm you when I can to give you some other insights on the program.
