Hi Wanda,
I am sorry that you have been down for a while now. Please know that you have us when you are feeling down and out. When I was going through all my mess I had these wonderful people to help pull me through it.
You are doing excellent 49 pounds in three mionths is awesome!! I know the feeling about the going up one or two pounds I have been doing that all this month.
I am also losing my hair but like your dr said up your protein and take some biotin that will helop with the regrowth.
I also go through the same issues as you with the food. there are times when I can't even get the required food, protein or even liquid amounts. Then I do good and then I get ack in the slump. But it all will get better as time goes on. I promise you that!
You just have to get creative with food, change things around to keep you interested. Maybe we can start a thread asking people for their recipes and creative ideas.
You can always post about how you are doing we are here in this together and when you get the support it makes things so much easier.
I am here for you just contact me.
Hugs,
I am who I am and accept my feelings wholeheartedly.
Those that mind don't matter, and those that matter don't mind.

I think we all feel that way about ourselves. Or most of us anyway. I know I do...
We won't be at the Zoo on Sunday. We have just had so much going on lately and a lot coming up that we will just be spending the day at home. I am bummed because we also won't be at the picnic at the end of July. We will move the weekend of July 27th. We are supposed to close on the house July 27th and the movers will be packing our stuff that day and then taking it all to the new house on the 30th. We hope to have most of the painting done before then. That will be quite a chore but we are determined.
It is quite a blessing to be able to use one more of our military benefits, even though we are retired. They give retirees one more move, paid for by the military, within the first 5 years after retirement. We figure this is a good time to use it since we don't plan on moving for a long time.
By the way, Kylie is too adorable! I just want to eat her up...

272/150 down 122 lbs!!! WOW!!
Oh-PUH-LEASE! You are so pretty and petite and feminine! But I know what you mean. I needed the band around my head AND my stomach! hehehe Good luck with the move. We are prepping our house for sale. Painters are working on and off (friends who are professional painters) right now. Just as the smell is gone they come back and do more! hehehe Sorry you won't be at the picnic or the zoo. I'm going to suggest we do a get together in July for CRABS!!! I agree, use every perk that you can from the military. We always moved ourselves and had the Navy reimburse us because of the way the calculated the reimbursement we always ended up getting more than we spent! Shhh, don't tell Uncle Sam! hehehe
