Hi Mo. I am sorry to hear that you haven't been feeling well. I hope you will be back to your usual energetic self really soon.
I have been working out4x a week. I got a new circuit training workout from the gym. It doesn't involve machines (well just one) and I have worked up to 1 and a half sets. In another two weeks I'll increase it to 2 full sets of 1 min for each of the 8 exercises. It's tough but I love that I am really giving my lower body a good workout. I am trying to do more cardio. I am typically only doing 30 min a day. I am not able to go for an entire 45-60 min yet for both my time crunch and its just exhausting. But I am trying to get in two 30 min workouts a day.

Hey Mo!!! Glad you are starting to feel better. My pay was last Friday. I actually have money still in my account. That migth be because I havne't gotten my replacement debit visa so my spending is limited. Hmmmmm- do I really want it back. LOL YES!
