Profect Protein Drinks

Has anyone tried these Profect protein Drnks?

I have had them. The bullets are a nice easy way to get your protein. I also discovered at 6 mos that you can dump on them. Just don't drink one at all once.

I appreciate that info.  What drink do you like and what do you eat to get in your daily protein?

Thre are 2 protein drinks I like- Adkins Advantage and matrix. I bought a box of samples of the matrix and they tasted very good. I try to get my protein from many sources. I eat a lot of cheese and yogurt. I also will eat nuts. Those are all good quick grab protein sources.  Aime

I can't recall the exact place I ordered them from now. Many of the on line stores that sell items for bariatric patients will sell samples of different items. Keep an eye out when you are browsing those stores.
