Wendy's Chili...
OK...I was going through some info I got a while back from my Nut. In the back it was going through some resturant choices.
I was shocked when I saw a small Wendy's Chili on the list. It had it listed with 200 cals, 6g fat (a little high), 2.5 sat fat, 23carbs and 17g protein.
I went to Wendy's site and looked it up and found that cals are actually 220, but everything else fits.
Has anyone tried this? Would you try it?

We're going for protein -- I don't look at the calories too much. I look at protein and sugar. The rest of the stuff -- fat calories -- we have to have some fat. There was a college football player a few years back -- don't remember what college -- but he was so lean -- not an ounce of fat on him -- his body started eating itself. I never heard what eventually happened to him -- hopefully he started putting some fat in his diet.

My nut told me I could have it. I was dying to try it and when I did I didn't like it.
Since surgery I get very gassy with beans it made me bloated. I just didn't like the spicey taste and it was too tomatoee for me.. (if that is a word) I was only able to eat like less that a third. the small cup looked huge for me. lol I hope you enjoy it!
