GOUT

Has anyone had any problems with gout since having surgery? I had surgery on April 3rd and have already had gout twice. I used to get it a few times a year until going on medication for diabetes and for some reason it all stopped while taking the diabetic medications. Since having surgery, my diabetes has been in check and I have not been on any medication since coming home. I can't say for sure that this triggered the gout, but it is an odd coincidence.

Hi Carol I have never had this but I would call your doctor and ask
