Picture Help

So ok, I am not real good at trying to attach my picture. I attached a picture to the website thinking it would allow ya'll fine people to see what I look like, but it is stuck in my pictures under my profile. How the heck do I get in onto my profile to be viewed when I send messages. Also, how do I attach one of those ticker factory things to my profile. I think that is pretty neat, but have no idea how to do it. Please.. someone help teach an old dog new tricks.  Carol

For your avatar pic, look on the screen on your left.  Under where it welcomes you, it states Obesityhelp Maryland.  The last title under this heading is user settings.  That's where you can load up an avatar.  It was to be a certain size.  I use photo bucket to change the size of my pics.  Good luck!  As for the ticker, no idea!  Maybe someone else has a suggestion.
