Did real good today. Drank my water, watched my calories, ate my last peanut bar (not going to buy anymore!!!). Calories at 1153, fat 59, carb 79, protein 84. Once the peanut bar no longer plays a part in my daily intake, fat and carbs will go down. I figure in place of the dreaded peanut bar, I'll have some tuna or something high in protein along that same line. How did everyone else do today?
Take care!

Hi Traci
I am glad you did better today. I am curious to know what is that peanut butter bar? LOL
Tell me how I did I felt like I ate all day long non stop today.
I know I need to up the dairy products because my vitamin D is a little low. I do go outside to get sunlight for like 15 minutes each day.

Cira, I think you're doing great! You're not that far out and you're getting in a nice chunk of protein. Your protein count is much larger than your carbs and fat put together. Nice!! The stupid peanut butter bar is the one from Lance. If you can't handle sugar, watch it. I just love the taste, and peanuts are always what I'm craving. Never liked them too much before surgery. Not sure why I do now. Maybe it's something that I'm lacking and it's coming across as a craving. Anyone have ideas on this please chime in. I'll have to check my calcium/vit D level. I'm not a milk drinker. Upsets my stomach with a queasy feeling since having WLS. I can tolerate it, but feel yucky. I love cheese! That's where most of my vit D comes from. Plus, I'm outside a lot. Driving around in what the school kids fondly refer to as "The big cheese!". Good luck today with the eating. I think fitday will help us both.
