Kelly, I am so sorry you are struggling right now.  It has to be VERY frustrating & depressing to have gone through so much and see the scale go up instead of down.  It sounds like you are doing everything you can to follow the "rules" post-op.  I truly don't believe that the fact that you haven't been getting in all of your water is the issue here.  I never get in that much water a day and I know plenty of others who don't either.  (though I know that more water is always better)  Have you added any salt to your diet; are you eating protein or do your 800 calories come from carb type foods?  Those are the only thing I can think of.  I will be praying that you and your surgeon can figure this out and you can get back on track with your weight loss.  Keep writing down what you are eating.  Maybe you should increase your calories by about 200 per day for 3 or 4 days and then go back down.  Maybe that'll help your body to get started again.  Please hang in there.  If I were there I would give you a great big hug!   Hugs, Robin

Yeah, I didn't think it could be 10 lbs of water either.. but who knows.  I have not added salt to anything, and I always eat high protein foods first.  Mostly chicken.. beans.. and more chicken. Thanks!!

I have been taking my vitamins.. but not quite eating every 4 hours.  With only 800 calories in my diet.. I really can't afford to eat inbetween meals..
