Hi All! One year ago today I started my journey. What a year it's been!! Even though I don't post often all have you have given me alot of info. along the way. As of my last office visit with Dr. Roe I'm down 114.5 lbs. still have a way to go, but rome wasn't bulit in a day either. It's hard mental work and the ups and downs and the wow moments and the compliants and the shocking people that I haven't seen in a long time, but I'm very, very , very glad that I'm on this trip.
