So I have been to the cow 2x this past week.   I can only eat the top of a small cup.  What a nice treat.  Someone posted the nutritonial values about a week ago.   Can you reply with nutritional values.   I still use fit day, everyday!   My nut at six months was suprised that I still do this.   I feel it is the only way to monitor my intake and assure my minimun intake of protein.  It is such a habit, I hope I can continue till I reach goal

Hi Claire, See my other post in this thread for a link to my original post about The Cow.  It will give you a little more detail. But...it is a little (but popular**** cream place in Reisterstown (201 Main St. Reisterstown, MD 21136).   Only one location.   They have a great little treat that seems to sit pretty well with RNY patients (haven't heard from the band crowd yet).   It is Fat Free/Sugar Free frozen yogurt.

The nutrition information is also in my other post here and in the original thread.   But it is very reasonable if you keep it to a kids size serving.   If you get the cup, the cost is only $2.    One thing I have forgotten to mention....but someone pointed out that I should tell you...they only take cash!   Thanks, Dave

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up. It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa , a lion wakes up. It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Hi Kim, Glad you enjoy it!   I will be there on Friday night (June 8th) with my telescope.   If you happen to make it by, introduce yourself!   Here is a link to my original post about the nutrition info: http://obesityhelp.com/forums/MD/a,messageboard/action,repli es/board_id,4822/cat_id,4422/topic_id,3298776/ The bottom line is as follows: Bottom line, the entire treat is 45cals, no fat, not sugar, 5 carbs and about 1.5 g of protein. But this is for a level kids size cup.   You will have to figure out the specifics if you get more or can only eat less (as in your case) or if you get a cone instead of a plastic cup. BTW...I am almost 3 months out and religously keep a food diary.   Mine is book called Diet Minder (by MemoryMinder Journals)...but I can't remember if I don't write it down! Enjoy! Dave
