June Outting Decided

Well you know I'll be there!  Probably will be me, Kylie and Floyd if I can get him to skip golf that morning.  The zoo has lots of different food and some are wls friendly: Explorer’s Cantina at the Village Green Grilled chicken sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, fries, ice cold drinks, deli selections, salads, snack chips, soft pretzels, ice cream treats, kids specialties, and more.  Penguino’s Pizzeria at the Village Green Fresh-dough pizza, grilled panini sandwiches, ice cold drinks, and snacks.  The Oasis in Africa Frozen specialty drinks, cotton candy, popcorn, soft pretzels, ice cream treats, ice cold drinks, and many other specialty snacks. Like i said I havnt been to the zoo in about 6 years and when we ate lunch there it was the hot dog stand thing that I know would now make me sick...lol.

The zoo has been completely redone.  It's really nice now.  You know what is funny?  I actually can eat a hot dog, even with the bun.  Had one at the Orioles game.  Floyd did okay with it too.  We just chewed it REALLY well.  Of course, I'm having a fill the Thursday before the zoo so I'll have to see what I can eat that day.  Might need to pack something.

I have had one but I made them I'm sure those cart things they sit for a while in the juice...lol. I dont care for them to much to begin with. I have to really be in the mod. I like the cheese dogs. They have cheese in them. Dont laugh but one time I made them and I took a bit right after I took it out the pot and cheese squirted on my chin and I burnt myself. Do you know how embarrising that was to explain when people asked....lmao.

Kylie likes cheese dogs.  I made them one time and didn't realize that's what they were until I took a bite and cheese shot out of it!!!  hehehe

Hey Heather.... Can i send my husband golfing with Floyd? He'd be much happier there than the zoo anyway..

He golfs with a foursome and they usually go at 5:40 in the morning in Baltimore.  I can let you know if they ever need a fourth to fill in though.

I love the zoo, and would love to meet y'all too - but I will be in Ocean City with my kids too! 

Another thing to note : FONZ members can get 2 adults and two children into the Baltimore zoo for free under their reciprical agreement. (i just called to verify.) I'm trying to see if that date is clear...have to look at another calendar but looks promising... I can "foster mom" some kids through if anyone wants to save some cash..... My dd get bored at zoos anyway but i might bring my husband. Boy i get more use out of this FONZ membership every year....

I think my membership ran out in May.
