OK, so here we go... My journal is going to weird because for one, I work overnights.  And, two, like I said earlier... I am terrible at keeping a journal, so it is mostly from memory.  But, here is my journal beginning at 4pm on Tuesday... ending somewhere around 7AM this morning.  I know the fruit cups don't have any protein value, but I have been eating those things ever since surgery and I think they help keep the craving for sweets down. Good idea Jay!  I'll keep track of mine today and post the results in the PM.  Might help me to quit snacking also.  I'll now have to confess, in a public forum, exactly what food goes into my mouth.  They say confession is good for the soul.  Best of luck today and believe me when I say I'll be thinking about it.   TraciL

Hey Jay - Glad you started this thread!  I used to do a "Whatcha Eating?" post, but it didn't get a great response, and kind of died.  So I hope we can keep this going! Yesterday, I did really well, in my yet again renewed attempt to kick my own butt: Breakfast - 2 BIG coffees w/Splenda and FF half and half - one with a EAS Advant Edge Protein Drink as creamer Snack - Pure Protein Bar, Cheese Lunch - Greek shrimp, cukes w/ranch, grapes Snack - BBQ soy chips Dinner - chili More iced coffee and 160 oz. of water throughout the day.   My biggest accomplishment was in not snacking last night on junk - I did need some chocolate, so I had a small Pure Protein chocolate deluxe bar. Please feel free to kick my butt anytime!!! Tia
