At 4 weeks out I was barely getting to 500 calories a day and maybe 25 grams of protein and about 20 ounces of water!!
You are doing wonderful and when you let your dietician know he/she will tell you the same.

Hi Jen,
I was shocked at how few calories I actually needed.
Bottom line is that you need to check with a medical doctor or dietician for official advice on how many calories you need.
In my case, I am consuming between 500 and 1000 calories a day. Mostly protein. I am about 10 weeks out. I was between 400 and 600 at 4 weeks out. As my excersice levels have gone up, my coloric intake has been able to go up and still continue to lose.
