Carroll County Bariatric Support Group

Carroll County is forming a new post-op support group - all are welcome! We will be meeting at the Westminster Branch of the Carroll County Public Library, 50 E. Main St on Wednesday June 27, 2007, from 6:00 - 7:00. For our first meeting we will be discussing how we pack our proteins - bring your favorite high protein recipes and samples to share if you would like! Future topics will include eating right at a restaurant, how you force your fluids, and time to share your story. Please RSVP to David Gede (http://obesityhelp.com/member/czar7/) or me - the meeting room that we have reserved for our first meeting only holds 10 comfortably, but as our group grows we can reserve a larger meeting room! I will post these again closer to the date, but as an FYI, this is where we will be: Directions - Local Map From 795 Take Route 140 west to Westminster. Stay on Route 140 for approximately 11 miles. Exit to Route 27 immediately after passing Town Mall. Take Route 27 South toward Westminster. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Main Street. My sister and I would both like to come! She is almost 16 months post op and I am 10 weeks. I might be pushing it making it by 6 but I should be close. Lisa
