Insurance

I would like to know if anyone has used the inurance company, MDIPA. What were their requirements for having the Gastric Bypass Surgery.

Hi Necee sorry I am not familiar with that insurance but in the forums there is a insurance one and you can see what others say about that insurance and what they went threw getting approved
