A Real Scare!!!!
After a couple months of losing... I found a bump on my chest...above my stomach. right in the middle of my chest... I started to bother me...because I thought..great...losing weight and now I have a tumor. Now I will die (but at least I will be thin..lol). Ended up so nervous about it..that I went to the doctor. He laughed at me.... It was part of my sternum/breast bone.... never saw it before...knew I had one...but found it!!! YIPPEE
Hey Dave! We've all pretty much had that moment! My husband and I both have been banded so we each had that happen. One night he put his arm around my waist (yeah, I have one of those now!!!) and he said "what's that honey" and it was my ribs and my hip. I have bones popping up everywhere now. I actually can see my collar bones starting to show. It's GREAT! Keep up the good work!
