No, I haven't had that pain, did you do something to your back or maybe did you sleep on it the wrong way? As for the chips, I found some low salt, low fat bagel chips and they are pretty good. I only have 2 or 3 at a time. A small bag lasts forever. Also, for some crunch, South Beach Protein Bars are good and are good for you. I drink Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate with a dab of Sugar Free Cool Whip every night for my snack, I really like it and it's like having dessert.
The only thing that comes to mind is that we sponsor the repast at church once a month and we had these two big cans of tropical fruit and put it in one of those big crystal punch bowls and reaching for food and serving people -- that's the only thing I can think of.
When I reach for soemthing I feel it on my left side by my rib cage. Its possible that I could have slept wrong or done something that I didn't feel for a few days.
Thanks for the chip tip.
Hey Cira,
Thanks for asking. The pain isn't so bad; however, I've noticed its when I'm reaching with my left arm that I find it irritates me or when I'm sitting on the sofa typeing -- like I am now. I alternate between the sofa and the dining room table because there isn't a TV in the office -- I might have to correct that.
I purcahsed some soy chips -- I hadn't heard back from Sloane -- she probably busy. So I'll see how those taste.
I made my first smoothie this morning Didn't blend it enough though and I think put too much banana in it. I'll let you guys know when I've perfected it and share my recipe. Most of the smoothie and juice books I've found the smoothies are very high in sugar -- like 30 plus grams of sugar.
I hope the pain goes away completely.
As for the smoothies I think you might have to do protein drink smoothies. The guy Daniel who has a cook book out for Bariatric patients has recipes in there. I bought the book and I like it.
He is the guy who posted yesterday asking about the support group meetings.
Stay away from the sugar girl.
Have a great day!
