I did it!!!

Thank you all for your encouragement regarding the gym. Well, I did join. I signed a contract for 1 year but it is not too expensive to get out of it down the road if I want to. So, I was happy about that. If I stay there for 5 months...I have to pay $25 to terminate plus $10 for each month I used. I also have to give 30 days notice. So, after 5 months it would cost me $75 to get out of the contract. I am fine with that. I would not have been fine if I would have to fulfill the contract for the whole year. Thanks again, Gail

Way to go You are going to enjoy it --plus its on the way home. As you continue to work out you will start to see more changes. I'm sure they've advised to vary your exercises and don't get discouraged if you don't see the scale go down. Use that thing like its going out of style.
